COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indiana General 4020D-117 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Irt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intecolor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ipg-Photonics-Fs product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Irt such as the 1310RACK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E21FPA200 manufactured by Intecolor and we are pleased to be able to service most Intecolor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P30001226H by Manufacturer Ipg-Photonics-Fs as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Industrial-Devices Brand SBD4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Initeq such as SFU2005X equipment made by Initeq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Initeq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Initeq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0HD3C made by Indramat as well as the popular 3RLN original spares produced by Ingersoll-Rand Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113R2064HSEWP by Interroll and SFU2005X spares by Initeq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090A0RD2C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
